Current situation at Ledlam Lighting
- Our web-shop ledlam.lighting operates as normal. We have stock, our suppliers can supply.
- We have updated our shipping times and cut off time. All orders placed before 5 am will be processed on the day.
- Order delivery times could be affected by the shipping services (RoyalMail 2-5 days, UPS 1-2 days, etc…) if any delays please be patient.
- Due to the ongoing COVID situation, we are currently running at a reduced level and as a result, it may take us longer than usual to answer any customer query. We will aim to respond ASAP but it could take a few days. If you are not receiving a reply within 5 days please send a reminder or use the chat. If your query is urgent please use the chat. We aim to respond to all messages sooner or later. We suggest using the customer support page or email firstname.lastname@example.org
