If you have changed your mind about an order and wish to return it, Ledlam offers a 30 Days Return period in which to send back any unwanted items for an exchange, refund, or credit. Simply use the Customer Support page CONTACT section, select the option “I would like to return an item” from the list, and Submit your request.
We will contact you. Please be patient, processing the returns sometimes takes 5-10 days.
Once the package has been received by us, we will process the return for an exchange/refund/credit.
